Job Summary
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles including part-time domestic staff chefs and drivers.
- Conduct field visits and engage with local communities to source qualified candidates.
- Utilize personal networks referrals and job portals to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews ensuring alignment with hiring timelines and targets.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database with proper documentation.
- Support smooth onboarding by collaborating with operations and client teams.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report progress toward daily/weekly hiring goals.
Requirements
- 13 years of proven experience in blue-collar or field-based recruitment.
- Strong local presence and established network within Kolkatas communities.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with a strong focus on meeting recruitment targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring cycles simultaneously.

Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field. Professional certification such as CA CA Inter 2. Proven experience (X years) in internal auditing with a focus on payroll revenue or financial processes. 3. Strong understanding of payroll systems financial accounting principles and statutory regulations. 4. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. 5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. 6. Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7.
