About the Role:
We are looking for a process-oriented professional to support the execution and documentation of NCD issuances (both listed and unlisted) primarily for financial institutions and corporates. The role involves managing end-to-end documentation workflows with focus on the post issuance process coordinating with trustees and ensuring ongoing compliance with covenant and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Support execution of NCD deals by managing all documentation workflows including condition precedents and condition subsequents.
Liaise with Debenture Trustees internal stakeholders and issuers for timely closure of documentation.
Maintain and monitor covenant tracking (financial and information-related) flagging delays or breaches proactively.
Keep accurate records of post-issuance documents and update compliance status to investment and risk teams.
Assist with internal audits regulatory submissions and MIS reporting related to issuances.
Suggest and implement process improvements or automation for efficient tracking.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
23 years of experience in NBFC operations capital markets operations or legal/compliance roles related to debt products.
Familiarity with NCD issuance processes trustee documentation and regulatory compliance.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Excel and document tracking tools.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance Commerce or Law preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with listed debt instruments and understanding of SEBI/Companies Act requirements.
Exposure to working with wealth platforms or DCM desks.
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2BB2CSaas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 3-5 years of experience with any of these skills ( DeveloperQA Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA Trello or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
