New Development Sales Agent - On Site - Marbella

Experienced in off-plan sales from plans and pricing updates to building progress and delivery timelines and with the ability to translate your knowledge into a confident seamless client experience.
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced New Development Sales Agent to be the face of an exclusive and prestigious new development with 133 new apartments near Marbella. This role is based full-time at the on-site sales office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the on-site representative.
- Handle all sales enquiries viewings and negotiations related to the project.
- Provide weekly reporting on client activity leads and conversion updates.
- Maintain close communication with the Development Manager and the internal marketing team.
- Ensure the presentation and overall client experience at the sales office to reflect their premium standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients collaborators and developer partners.
- Manage CRM entries and follow-up activities with precision and consistency.
- Contribute to on-site marketing digital content creation and social media activity related to the project.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of off-plan or new development sales experience
- Strong understanding of the construction process and development timelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; naturally confident with clients.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (additional languages highly valued).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated professional and capable of working independently.
- Experience using CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
- Social media proficiency and confidence creating short high-quality video content or posts from site.
- Driving license and car
