What your impact will be like:
As the Marketing Manager for Network Detection & Response (NDR) with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) you will play a pivotal role in shaping Exeons go-to-market strategy for . You will design and execute data-driven audience-specific campaigns across the entire customer journeyfrom awareness to decisionwith a focus on European and Middle Eastern markets.
In this role you will blend traditional ABMtargeted 1:1 and 1:few initiatives for key accountswith an industry-based approach creating campaigns tailored to priority sectors such as banking financial services government agencies and critical infrastructure.
You will collaborate closely within a matrix structure working with Digital Marketing Event Marketing Partner Marketing Product Management Sales Account Managers and an external agency for Sales Development & Outbound activities. Your strength lies in understanding complex technical content strategically positioning it and transforming it into compelling marketing messages that resonate with C-level decision-makers.
Your responsibilities:
ABM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement Account-Based and Industry-Based Marketing campaigns for target customers in banking financial services government and critical infrastructure sectors.
Content Development: Conceptualize and create audience-relevant marketing content across the customer journey translating technical insights from Product Management and GTM strategy into clear impactful marketing messages.
Creative Execution: Independently develop high-quality content to promote Exeons NDR solution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to steer campaigns align with Event and Partner Marketing for consistent customer experiences and collaborate with Sales Account Managers to integrate marketing and sales activities seamlessly.
External Partnerships: Manage and coordinate with an external agency for Sales Development & Outbound campaigns to ensure smooth lead handover and follow-up processes.
Analyst Relations: Prepare coordinate and support communication with market analysts (e.g. Gartner Forrester IDC) and integrate relevant insights into marketing initiatives.
Product-Specific Media Relations: Assist in positioning Exeon in trade media blogs and articles focused on Network Detection & Response.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimize marketing campaigns using KPIs such as engagement pipeline contribution and conversion rates.
What makes a good person-job-fit:
Degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in B2B marketing of cutting-edge technology preferably in cybersecurity.
Proven expertise in Account-Based Marketing and a deep understanding of complex buyer journeys.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (ideally HubSpot).
Experience in using and interpreting intent data.
Ability to translate technical content into compelling marketing messages.
Analytical creative and structured approach with a high standard for quality.
Strong communication and coordination skills in a matrix environment.
Fluent in German and English.
