Employment Requirements

• Be passionate about teaching and enriching the learning experience of students in Years 7-12
  
• Have a willingness to be part of a well-established and collaborative team
  
• Portray a demonstrated ability to apply the principles of inclusive teaching and learning including the use of learning technologies and assessment to create a supportive and challenging environment in which students are supported in achieving to their potential
  
• Proven classroom management and communication skills
  
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to the diverse extracurricular program of the College
  
• Have an active interest in and commitment to the education of our students
  
• Proven ability to conduct oneself in a way which develops personal respect respect for the College and the teaching profession
  
• Relevant tertiary qualifications (Bachelor of Education etc.)
  
• Hold a current registration with the Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) or able to obtain prior to commencement
