The Identity and Access Management (IAM) engineering role is crucial to MUFG Securities adherence to governance and safety and soundness principles ensuring that our Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program is aligned with regulatory requirements industry standards and internal policies. This is an engineering role to work with others within and external to our team to ensure that our organization operates within established risk tolerances and maintains a robust control environment pertaining to IAM.
This role will require an individual who understands and has worked previously within an IGA program with the ability to perform at an AVP engineer level. This is an excellent position if you are an intermediate scripter or coder appreciate streamlining and automating processes and looking to enhance your skillset within IAM.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement components of the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) program
Identify improvements and automate existing manual processes
Preparing and presenting audit reporting
Troubleshooting
Monitor health and welfare
Required Skills:
Strong experience (5 years) automating processes via scripting or coding including interacting with APIs (e.g. PowerShell Java)
Strong experience (3 years) designing and implementing components of an IGA or PAM program
Strong experience (3 years) working with core infrastructure technologies (e.g. Entra ID Active Directory Windows Server networking)
Ability to write SQL queries
Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Motivated energetic and self-driven (e.g. time management organizational skills identifying tasks)
Strong analytical skills problem solving and conceptual thinker
Desirable Skills:
Worked with a ticketing system (e.g. ServiceNow)
Use Jira to track and Confluence to document work
Education:
Bachelors degree in related fields and/or equivalent work experience equally preferable.
Job Location:
As per MUFGs Location & Return to Office Strategy policy must work onsite out of 1251 Avenue of the Americas New York NY office 4 days onsite/1 day Remote.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $108K - $131K depending on job-related knowledge skills experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
