Faculty Position in Management (Full, Associate or advanced Assistant)

Position Summary
Indiana University Kelley School of Business Indianapolis invites applications for a position in management as a tenured Associate or Full Professor or advanced Assistant Professor level with a start date no later than August 1 2026. Appointment rank will be dependent on qualifications and research history. Qualified candidates must hold a Ph.D. from an accredited institution have excellent research and teaching skills and must have demonstrated the ability to produce scholarly work at the highest level. Management faculty teach in graduate and/or undergraduate programs. Faculty at all levels and in all management areas may apply with a preference for a scholar who focuses on strategy and/or entrepreneurship . Minimum requirements include a Ph.D. in Business or a related field from an AACSB accredited institution evidence of a high level of scholarship or the potential to establish a strong scholarly record and evidence of teaching excellence. Extensive publication in top-tier refereed journals as well as evidence of the ability to mentor junior faculty are requirements for applicants applying for a senior tenure-track appointment.
