Job Summary

St Martins has a full-time vacancy for an Independent Living Support Worker to work in the community in Norwich!

We are looking someone who has experience of working with people who self-neglect and hoard or if you have an insight into these challenges and a passion to support people facing them.

The post holder will work in the community usually in the home of the person receiving the support to promote independence and choice so driving is essential. You will be supporting the person with the needs identified during their social care act assessment

This is a permanent role - 38hrs per week - Monday to Friday

You can expect:
