The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the special programs in the School of Nursing and Midwifery. This position is responsible for managing day-to-day office activities coordinating meetings and communications maintaining records preparing correspondence and reports and assisting with various projects as assigned. The Administrative Assistant serves as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and contributes to a positive organized and professional work environment.
This position is a Full Time Limited term position working 35 hours per week for 6 months.
Salary: $45992 - $58244 per annum
