About Us
MPA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping adolescents succeed through therapeutic programs residential care and education. We provide a safe supportive environment for youth to grow and thrive.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport students using company vehicles equipped with GPS and cameras.
- Maintain 100% supervision during transport.
- Communicate with clinical and medical teams.
- Support students with compassion and professionalism.
- Complete accurate documentation of trips and incidents.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years old.
- Clean driving record (insurance guidelines apply).
- Criminal background check required.
- Flexible availability including weekends.
- Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to youth development.
