Our client a respected regional law firm is seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join their Civil Litigation practice. Youll work across areas like Professional Liability Tort and Liability Defense and Workers Compensation taking on challenging cases that demand sharp legal instincts and strategic thinking.

What Youll Do
- Manage your own caseload from start to finish including pleadings motions discovery and trial preparation
- Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda reports and correspondence
- Take and defend depositions of fact and expert witnesses
- Appear in state and federal courts for hearings mediations and trials
- Collaborate closely with partners clients and experts to develop and execute litigation strategies
- Provide clear timely communication and status updates to clients
What Youll Need
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission to the New Hampshire State Bar
- 14 years of civil litigation experience (experience in both NH state and federal courts preferred)
- Strong advocacy skills and proficiency in drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively
