What Youll Do

As a Consultant at BTS youll help organizations translate their strategies into real measurable outcomes. Youll work closely with clients from senior executives to emerging leaders to design and deliver experiences that change how people think act and lead.

Your day-to-day will include:

Facilitating strategic workshops and leadership sessions both in-person and virtually helping teams connect their goals to business performance.
Designing customized learning journeys and simulations in partnership with our global Centers of Excellence.
Analyzing business challenges to generate insights and recommendations that bridge strategy leadership and execution.
Managing multiple projects simultaneously ensuring quality impact and client satisfaction.
Building trusted relationships with clients identifying opportunities to expand our work and create long-term partnerships.
Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team bringing together creativity analytical thinking and a human touch.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for people who combine analytical rigor with exceptional communication and facilitation skills professionals who can think strategically engage others and bring energy to every room.

You might be a great fit if you have:

28 years of professional experience in consulting strategy finance or corporate environments.
Proven ability to structure problems analyze data and tell compelling stories with insights.
Experience leading meetings workshops or client-facing projects.
Native Portuguese and fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
A collaborative humble and proactive mindset someone who thrives in dynamic fast-paced contexts.
Willingness to travel (domestic and international).
Availabiliy to work at So Paulo office (hybrid 3x/week).
