Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP S/4HANA Finance Developer
Consultant to support an ongoing global rollout of S/4HANA. This role involves working
closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyse design configure test and
support SAP Controlling (CO) solutions. The ideal candidate must bring deep functional
and technical expertise in the SAP S/4HANA Finance Controlling module with hands-on
experience designing integrated solutions that connect controlling with finance and
adjacent modules. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality finance solutions
that support business growth and efficiency in a dynamic global environment. Must
have strong command over the english language.

Key Responsibilities:
Participate in workshops to gather and document comprehensive business
requirements.
Analyse business needs and provide functional guidance aligned with SAP best
practices in CO.
Actively participate in end-to-end solution design ensuring alignment with
business objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Implement test and support SAP Controlling module core functionality (e.g.
cost center accounting / profit center accounting internal orders allocations
and profitability analysis etc...).
Collaborate with business process owners IT teams and external vendors to
drive seamless integration across the various SAP modules (FI MM SD RAR).
Develop and execute test cases; document results and address issues identified
during testing of the Controlling module.
Work closely with business leaders finance and IT teams to gather
requirements define solution roadmaps manage expectations and support
transformation goals.
Help migrate financial data from legacy ERP systems to S/4HANA.
Support business users as they complete user acceptance testing (UAT).
Support a successful go-live.

Qualifications:
Must have worked in IT industry for over 12 to 14 years
8 years of technical hands-on experience in SAP FICO with strong knowledge of
AR AP GL Tax Asset Accounting Cost Center and Profit Center Accounting as
well as functional expertise.
SAP FICO Certification and/or related S/4HANA Finance certifications.
Demonstrated expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance including Universal Journal
New Asset Accounting and FIORI applications.
Strong integration knowledge with SAP SD and MM modules.
Experience documenting business requirements test cases and system
configurations.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to support complex cross-
functional processes.

Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to interact
effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Attributes
Experience with global SAP implementations or rollouts particularly across the
LATAM region.
Familiarity with working in complex multi-system interfaces and landscapes.
Previous work with multinational corporations that leverage global common SAP
templates.
Understanding of financial services industry.
Experience with SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management/Contract Lifecycle
Management) is a plus.
