Position Information:
We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Quality Officer to join our friendly team at RFBI Bellingen Masonic Village. Within this dynamic role the Quality Officer is responsible for coordinating the education for all staff within the village and all aspects of the quality role in accordance with RFBI policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain the continuous quality improvement processes to ensure the quality cycle is met
- Coordinate and allocate the audit tools to all staff to ensure that all aspects of aged care standards are regularly audited and monitored.
- Manage maintain quality management system
- Support audit process
- Onboards new staff and coordinates compulsory competencies and education
- Monitor compliance and records all education on training database
Education and Experience:
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
- Extensive clinical experience within an aged care/health care setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- High level communication skills
Desirable:
- Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment
