Our client a reputed diversified industrial group is hiring a Guest House Managerfor its corporate facility in Chandigarh. The role involves overseeing daily operations housekeeping catering and guest services while ensuring comfort hygiene and smooth coordination.
Candidates with 510 years of hospitality or facility management experienceand strong leadership skills preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day guest house operations including housekeeping catering and front office.
- Manage bookings for company employees guest arrivals/departures and ensure a pleasant stay experience.
- Supervise housekeeping and kitchen staff ensuring hygiene and service standards.
- Coordinate maintenance repairs and vendor services as required.
- Maintain expense records budget control and inventory of supplies.
- Ensure safety cleanliness and compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with corporate office for guest schedules approvals and event arrangements.
- Graduate Or Diploma in Hotel Management or equivalent.
- 510 years of relevant experience in hotel guest house or facility management.
- Strong leadership communication and service orientation.
- Ability to handle staff vendors and guests efficiently.
