Prospect into target accounts using structured outbound engagement
Respond quickly to inbound marketing partner and field-generated leads
Qualify using MEDDIC fundamentals and hand off cleanly to AEs
Personalize outreach with account research and identified business needs
Coordinate meetings and pre-call preparation with Account Executives
Represent Weaver at conferences OEM offices partner trainings and customer events
Execute pre-event outreach and post-event follow-up motions
Support creation of social media content tied to field presence and customer engagement
Maintain accurate CRM notes activity and funnel progression
Learn and support services-led selling and AI modernization plays
Interest in technology sales and customer engagement
Strong communication skills: written verbal and social
High drive curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise selling
Comfortable presenting whiteboarding and networking in the field
Familiarity with CRM or outreach tools preferred not required
Bachelors degree or equivalent work ethic and business experience
