Lettings Negotiator wanted! Our client is on the hunt for an experienced local Lettings agent to join their team. Great opportunity with career progression and strong earning potential.

A long-standing and highly regarded independent Estate & Lettings Agency in Leatherhead is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator or Senior Lettings Negotiator (salary dependent on experience) to join their successful team.

The role offers genuine career progression a strong client base and the opportunity to work with a company that takes pride in delivering professional customer-focused service.

What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing all aspects of the lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Providing excellent customer service and professional advice
• Supporting the team to meet and exceed lettings targets
• Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures

What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous residential lettings experience (essential)
• ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus and positive telephone manner
• Self-motivated ambitious and well-presented
• Good knowledge of the Leatherhead area (advantageous)
• Full UK driving licence required
• Professional and proactive approach to lettings
