This is an on-site position based in the Buffalo area NY.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update company websites to ensure accuracy performance and a strong user experience
- Manage website content SEO and analytics to drive traffic engagement and conversions
- Oversee product listings and e-commerce updates to help increase online sales
- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with company goals and seasonal campaigns
- Manage daily posting community engagement and collaboration across creative and marketing teams
- Create engaging digital content including posts newsletters and visuals that reflect the companys brand voice
- Monitor analytics across web and social platforms and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Stay current on trends platform updates and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing websites and social media for a brand or organization
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Digital Media or related field
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress Shopify Squarespace or similar)
- Strong understanding of SEO Google Analytics and social media analytics tools
- Excellent writing communication and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and visual design awareness
- Experience with paid digital advertising (Google Ads Meta Ads) a plus
