Were seeking a full-time Cost Manager to join a major Life Science project. This role is a great fit for someone who thrives in dynamic project environments and can bring both technical expertise and strong communication skills to the table. The Cost Manager will lead all aspects of project cost managementensuring budgets are accurate risks are tracked and financial performance is transparent. Youll collaborate closely with project managers contractors and client stakeholders to keep the project on track and financially sound.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

• Manage estimating budgeting forecasting and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project cashflows commitments and financial performance.
• Review contractor/vendor estimates invoices and change orders.
• Support procurement and contract management processes.
• Prepare and deliver accurate cost reports and analysis for project leadership.
• Partner with project schedulers and managers to align cost and schedule performance.

The Skills Knowledge and Abilities We Seek

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in cost management project controls or construction management.
• Strong background in Life Science Healthcare or large-scale commercial projectspreferred.
• Skilled in estimating cost reporting and change management.
• Proficiency in Excel and cost management platforms (Procore Aconex etc. a plus).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The pay range for this role is $110000 to $180000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
