This posting represents ongoing hiring needs across our client base as firms expand their public and private company practices amid active capital markets and compliance updates.

Were connecting with attorneys in the 36 year range who have strong experience in securities offerings regulatory filings or general corporate governance.

Responsibilities

Advise clients on securities law compliance including 1933/1934 Act matters
Draft and review private placement memoranda and SEC filings
Support M&A and corporate finance transactions
Counsel boards and executives on governance and disclosure issues

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; Illinois bar admission required or pending
36 years of corporate finance or securities law experience
Strong drafting research and analytical skills
Experience with private placements or public company reporting

Compensation
$180000 $250000 base salary depending on firm size and experience
