Maintenance Supervisor Rail Industry
Looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead our clients maintenance team and ensure excellence across all rail maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee maintenance and overhaul contracts ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Supervise coach and develop maintenance staff to achieve KPIs and promote a strong safety culture.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize operations and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to safety environmental and quality standards with a focus on Zero Harm.
Requirements:
- Proven supervisory experience ideally with 510 direct reports.
- Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical highly regarded or relevant experience.
- Strong communication planning and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to safety quality and continuous improvement.
