The following position is to join the RTX Corporate Team:

The Analyst Campus Programs Recruiter is an entry-level role supporting the campus recruiting process for engineering students interested in securing internships/co-ops and entry-level full-time positions across RTX businesses. This position will assist in candidate coordination event support data management and sourcing activities to ensure a seamless compliant and positive candidate experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive organized and customer-focused professional who is eager to learn recruiting operations build foundational talent acquisition skills and contribute to RTXs Campus Programs hiring efforts.

What You Will Do

Support the full life cycle of campus recruiting for engineering interns co-ops and entry-level hires across RTX business units.
Partner with senior recruiters hiring managers and Campus Liaisons to execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs.
Participate in hiring manager intake sessions and assist in drafting accurate compelling job postings.
Source and screen qualified student candidates through campus events university partnerships and direct outreach.
Coordinate interviews gather feedback and ensure timely follow-up with candidates and hiring teams.
Support offer and onboarding processes ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and compliant candidate and requisition data within the applicant tracking system (Workday).
Collaborate with the Campus Programs team to plan and execute on-campus and virtual recruiting events.
Track and report key recruiting metrics to help assess program performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Partner with HR and business partners to ensure alignment on compliance onboarding and talent management practices.
Contribute to process improvement and special projects designed to enhance the efficiency and impact of Campus Programs.
Learn and apply RTX recruiting systems processes and tools to build foundational recruiting expertise.
Business travel up to 20%.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience which may include internships or professional experience in Human Resources Talent Acquisition Communications Marketing Higher Education or related fields.
Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications We Prefer

Internship or prior experience in recruiting human resources or university relations.
Organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent written verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to learn quickly work collaboratively and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday).
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Enthusiasm for campus engagement event support and student outreach.
Basic understanding of employment law and compliance concepts.
Interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources.

The salary range for this role is 55000 USD - 107000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
