Schedule
Position Summary
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) Home and Community provides individualized support to people with disabilities focusing on self-help socialization and independent living skills. Services are provided in the individuals home and throughout their community aligned with person-centered goals and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Support individuals in achieving goals through person-centered approaches.
Maintain a balance between health and safety and individual independence.
Assist with home and community-based activities that promote growth and engagement.
Maintain professional relationships with families and team members.
Attend team meetings and communicate regularly with supervisors.
Complete all required trainings and comply with incident reporting standards.
Use a smart device for documentation and communication as needed.

Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of one year of experience providing direct support to individuals with disabilities.
Valid drivers license and properly insured personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).
Must pass PA Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Must have a smart device for work-related use.
First Aid/CPR certification required within six months of start date.
