As our Director of the Network A.I. Factory youll lead the next chapter of PwC New Zealands A.I.-powered transformation journey shaping how we design build and scale digital solutions that help our people and clients work smarter faster and safer.

This is a unique opportunity to set the direction for A.I. innovation within one of the worlds most trusted professional services networks. Youll bring together strategy technology and people leadership to turn ideas into meaningful impact translating global platforms into locally relevant solutions that lift productivity quality and client experience.

Your day-to-day could include:

  • Leading the A.I. Factory strategy and roadmap setting priorities that align with PwCs business goals.

  • Partnering with senior leaders and global teams to deliver A.I.-enabled solutions that create measurable impact.

  • Establishing engineering and governance standards to ensure innovation is secure scalable and responsible by design.

  • Building and empowering a high-performing A.I. and product team while growing internal capability across the firm.

  • Driving delivery excellence through strong execution measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.

Youre a visionary technology leader who combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery experience. You know how to turn the potential of A.I. into real-world outcomes that transform the way people work.

Wed love to hear from you if you have:

  • Proven experience leading enterprise-scale A.I. or digital transformation in a complex environment.

  • Deep understanding of A.I. product platform and data ecosystems and how to apply them responsibly.

  • A track record of building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams in fast-moving environments.

  • Strong stakeholder and change leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.

  • Experience in strategic portfolio management ensuring innovation delivers measurable business value.
