Your future tasks will be
- Monitoring the ITSM queue
- Checking the NSTR queue in ITSM
- Identifying and liaising with the correct resolver team
- Drafting the quote for Service Manager approval
- Issuing the quotes to the customer
- Obtaining the Purchase Order from the customer to allow the work to start
- Raising TRs (CC Mars system)
- Keep the customer updated on progress
- Liaising with the CC internal teams
- Following change control for chargeable NSTRs (if required)
- Following special escalation processes (if required)
- Receiving/sending of completion (To customer)
- Closing the ticket in ITSM
- Create Invoice request
- Monitoring of the NSTR mailbox
- Keeping the process documentation up-to-date
- IRequest creation (when required)
- Any adhoc requests required by the account
- Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation
You are the ideal candidate if...
- You have experience of relevant business systems e.g. SAP ITSM
- You have good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications
- You can plan & organise your own workload
- You have proven experience of high standards of customer service
- You have good administrative experience
- You can pay attention to detail and ensure accuracy of data
- You have excellent interpersonal literacy and numeracy skills and ability to build relationships at all levels
- You can build effective relationships internal and external
- You ensure Customer Satisfaction is maintained
- You understand the cost implications of their actions
- You have ability to work within a virtual team environment as well as independently
