The eGRC Business Application Support Analyst Regulatory Change Management (RCRM) Laws Rules and Regulations (LRR) is responsible to ensure that a development team (pod) or multiple development teams (pods) are creating value for the organization through the delivery of customer-focused product increments. This entails aligning with other Business Analysts Product Owners and Senior Management to follow a product vision creating and maintaining a prioritized product backlog managing delivery blockers continuously assessing customer feedback. The Business Analyst II should always be considering how to maximize value assessing how the product or the delivery process can be continuously improved contributes to a positive work environment and ensures that work embodies the Agile principles of transparency collaboration and engagement.

The BAS role provides support and delivery of requirements and work packages on low complexity projects/initiatives in alignment with business strategies. This role may also support team with project/program delivery.

Position Summary:

This role is part of the EGRC Compliance RCRM and Laws Rules & Regulations (LRR). This person will be responsible for executing and supporting the Non-Financial Risk Compliance Transformation efforts.


The Business Application Support Analystis experienced in business analysis risk governance and data-driven problem solving. Skilled in JIRA Confluence ServiceNow Excel Power BI SQL and Python with a proven ability to troubleshoot application issues analyze workflows and improve system performance.

Adept at supporting Agile teams managing user requirements and enhancing business processes through automation and data insights.
