What Youll Do:

Act as a primary contact for assigned regions to support operations and logistics across canola mustard and inoculant products.
Manage purchases based on retail forecasts ensuring strong inventory management purchase order planning and product movement.
Oversee inventory tracking order flow and logistics to ensure product is available and delivered on time.
Support divisions and retail locations with inventory transfers order adjustments and shipping schedules.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with business objectives.
Use SAP to process monitor and reconcile orders inventory levels and returns.
Analyze supply and demand trends to provide recommendations that improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with internal teams on forecasting product positioning and operational projects.
Ensure adherence to policies and procedures while contributing to a safe efficient work environment.

What Youll Bring:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or Agriculture. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of educational requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and priorities.
Effective problem-solving decision-making and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team-based environment.
Relationship-building skills to support daily interaction with internal teams suppliers and retail divisions.
Adaptability and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to use SAP for order management forecasting and inventory control is an asset.
