As a mission-driven organization we invite you to join our dedicated team at St. Francis Recovery Center where we support individuals on their journey to recovery from addiction and co-occurring mental health challenges.
About the Role:The Alcohol & Drug Counselor plays a vital role in empowering individuals affected by substance use this full-time position youll conduct comprehensive assessments create individualized treatment plans and lead both individual and group counseling sessions. Youll collaborate closely with clients to help them meet their recovery goals improve their quality of life and build a path forward. The position also includes maintaining accurate records and progress notes to support client care and meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications:
- Must be licensed as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) or Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC)
- Must have a minimum of an associates degree in social services or a closely related field or equivalent experience and/or training
- Experience in the substance use disorder field is preferred but not required
