As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Union Wireless you will be at the forefront of safeguarding our organizations financial health while driving strategic growth in the dynamic telecommunications industry. This pivotal role encompasses overseeing all financial operations including planning budgeting compliance and risk management ensuring they align with our corporate objectives and regulatory requirements. You will partner with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies prepare financial forecasts and conduct in-depth analyses of revenue streams and cost structures. Additionally you will direct accounting treasury and financial reporting functions while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within your finance teams.

By maintaining transparent communication with regulatory bodies and presenting actionable insights to the Board of Directors you will play a critical role in shaping long-term organizational goals and optimizing capital allocation to support our commitment to operational excellence and market competitiveness as we advance in the telecommunications sector.

What were looking for in a Chief Financial Officer

To thrive as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Union Wireless a range of essential skills and qualifications is required. A Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or Economics is necessary with a Masters degree or MBA preferred. Certifications such as CPA or CFA are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years in senior financial leadership roles preferably within the telecommunications or technology sectors showcasing a proven track record in strategic planning capital management and regulatory compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are crucial for effective financial analysis and forecasting while expertise in telecom-specific financial models cost optimization and revenue forecasting is essential. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are vital for successful stakeholder management and team development as you will be responsible for coaching employees and driving a high-performance culture.
