Job Summary

Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll module.

  • Conduct requirement gathering workshops fit-gap analysis and solution design sessions with business stakeholders.

  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll including elements fast formulas balances pay runs costing retro-pay and year-end processing.

  • Work closely with technical teams for integrations data conversion and reporting (BI Publisher OTBI).

  • Support parallel payroll testing UAT and post-go-live stabilization.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues including gross-to-net discrepancies tax calculations and retro-pay corrections.

  • Ensure compliance with US federal state and local tax regulations.

  • Collaborate with other HCM modules (Core HR Time & Labor Absence Management Benefits) to ensure seamless payroll operations.

  • Prepare functional design documents (FDs) configuration workbooks and test scripts.

  • Provide end-user training and production support as required.

  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates tax updates and new HCM Payroll functionalities.



Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science HR Finance or related field.

  • 8 years of overall functional consulting experience.

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations.

  • Strong understanding of US Payroll concepts: pre-payroll costing retro-pay balances year-end W-2 W-4 taxation and garnishments.

  • Experience integrating Payroll with Time & Labor Absence and Finance/GL systems.

  • Proficient in Payroll Fast Formulas HCM Extracts BI Publisher Reports and OTBI.

  • Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills.

  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification in US Payroll is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with multi-state payroll processing.

  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud quarterly release impact analysis.

  • Familiarity with Core HR Benefits Compensation and Absence Management.

  • Prior experience working with global payroll teams or multi-country rollouts.

  • Experience in Agile project environments.
