Job Summary

Who You Are:

As a Test Automation Software Engineer you willbe responsiblefordesigningdeveloping andmaintainingrobust test automation frameworksforpatient schedulingregistration and payment collection. You will work closely with developers productowners and cross-functional teams to deliver secure resilient and high-performing solutions that power physician practices to be more efficient. WhatYoullDo:

  • Design develop and implement scalable reusable and reliable automation frameworks for UI and API testing.

  • Collaborate with software engineers to ensure test coverage for new features and bug fixes.

  • Perform code reviews and provide feedback on testability andautomationreadiness.

  • Integrate automation tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous testing practices.

  • Maintain and enhance existing automation infrastructure to support evolving product requirements.

  • Analyze test results triageissues and work withthe developmentteam to ensuretimelyresolution.

  • Contribute to test strategy documentation and reporting of automation metrics and test coverage.


WhatYoullBring:

  • 5 years of experience as an SDET Software Engineer or QA Automation Engineer in a fast-paced Agile environment.

  • Strong programming skills in Java Python or C# (bonus for multi-languageproficiency).

  • Hands-on experience building automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium Playwright Cypress or Appium.

  • Proven experience with API testing (Postman REST Assured or similar).

  • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins GitHub Actions Azure DevOps).

  • Familiarity with unit integration regression and performance testing methodologies.

  • Experience working with cloud-based environments (AWS Azure or GCP).

  • Strong debugging and analytical skills with a shift-left mindset toward quality.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills able to partner cross-functionally with developersDevOps product managers and QA teams.

  • In-depth knowledge of information systems and the ability toidentify apply and implement best practices

  • Understanding of key business processes and competitive strategies related to the IT function

  • Ability to plan and manage projects and solve complex problems by applying best practices

  • Ability to provide direction and mentor less experienced teammates. Ability to interpret and convey complex difficult or sensitive information

  • Bachelors Degreeand/ orequivalentwork experience.

Preferred:

  • Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g. JMeter Gatling K6)

  • Exposure to cloud environments (e.g. AWS Azure)

  • Working knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes)
