We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility variety and career growth while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The Common Spirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the Common Spirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility a geographic group of facilities or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

- Responsible coordinate the scheduling and assignment of nursing personnel and patient placement.
- Maintains database for regulatory agency compliance productivity and serves as a resource for At Staff Scheduling and Kronos and Worforce Dimensions payroll systems.
This is an ONSITE position.
Job Requirements
In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day qualified candidates will need the following:
- 2 years clerical staffing or patient placement experience required.
- Experience in a health care setting preferred.
- Good PR/communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and Windows products.
- Medical terminology.
- Understanding of different levels of care and staffing to meet patient care needs.
- HS Diploma/GED required
