In this role you will be part of the GTM Horizontals Strategic Finance team driving financial insights for the Marketing organization. Youll help strengthen how we plan track and communicate Marketings financial contribution to LinkedIns performance and how we best allocate capital across different marketing avenues.
You will partner closely with Senior Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to drive resource planning and investment decisions evaluate trade-offs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across spend and headcount.

Responsibilities:

Identifies opportunities and develops large workstreams projects or operational processes.
Anticipates obstacles and leverages expertise to recommend and drive implementation of solutions.
Performance Management
Oversees team(s) responsible for supporting performance management by creating maintaining and updating models and forecasts.
Reviews forecasts analyzes risks and opportunities and anticipates effects of internal/external metrics trends and behavior in meeting targets.
Oversees the development of hypotheses using identified signals trends and risks.
Ensures resources are available for team members to access data they need to execute ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address business questions.
Supports partnerships with cross-functional teams to design experiments to close deviations from targets.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Business Business Analytics Finance or related field AND minimum 8 years of experience in finance finance accounting management consulting investment banking or related field OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of people management experience.
5 years of experience in the technology industry.

The pay range for this role is $149000 to $242000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set depth of experience certifications and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
