- Responsible for Service sale activities in assigned countries.
- Promote service products (Spare part service and upgrade/modernization) to achieve sales goals commercial responsibility from offer clear order TNS and collection of overdue receivables.
- Work closely with the customer service and field service team to deliver part & services in a timely manner. Aligning and exchanging after-sales activities with new machine ASMs.
- Coordinate and steer Agents in the region; target-setting and monitoring definition and tracking of measures. In areas without Agents target-setting and measure definition/-monitoring.
- Conduct the market analysis for market potential follow by the product portfolio planning and strategies for short term and long term.
- Provide monthly forecasting and pipeline management.
- Responsible for customer complaints and problem solving.
- Build and maintain close relationship with customers and Agents.
- Customer visits for technical and sales discussions and promote service products.
- Perform customer visit as target.
- Cooperation with manufacturing sites for all required support and project delivery.
- Understand the technical requirements regarding Service of our customers and offer solutions together with the manufacturing plants.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering or/other fields
- Minimum of 5 years experience in service sales for automation system solutions preferably in machinery industry or technical industrial products.
- Good experience with MS Office CRM. Experience with SAP is preferred
- Good English both in spoken presentation and writing
- Strong customers orientation; detail-oriented and excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and able to handle multiple tasks using organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently on your own initiatives as well as in a team- environment with ability to travel in the assigned region.
