• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Project Management: Plan execute and oversee full stack development projects ensuring they are completed on time within scope and within budget.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical direction and expertise across the stack helping the team solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers designers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for software development and testing ensuring high-quality and reliable solutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance and project progress using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement encouraging the team to learn and adopt new technologies and methodologies.

Must have skill

• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies such as Python Ruby or Java and experience with databases like MySQL MongoDB or PostgreSQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Good to have technical skills

• Front-End Development: Proficiency in HTML CSS JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React Angular or .
• Back-End Development: Expertise in server-side languages like Python Ruby Java or PHP and experience with frameworks such as Express Django or Spring.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of databases including SQL (MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB Cassandra) technologies.
• Version Control: Experience with version control systems like Git for managing code changes and collaboration.
• API Development: Skills in designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
• DevOps Practices: Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including CI/CD pipelines Docker and cloud services like AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
• Responsive Design: Ability to create responsive and mobile-friendly web applications.
