We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Settlements Leadto join our Settlements team. This role is responsible for leading and supervising the Settlements team across the Brandt Group of Companies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day settlement functions.
- Hire and supervise settlements staff ensuring that all personnel are adequately trained.
- Develop goals and strategies to manage responsibilities.
- Evaluate and complete employee performance reviews and provide feedback to promote a positive working environment.
- Assist the team with processing complex sales deals.
- Audit wholegoods deals to ensure Internal requirements are adhered to OEM programs are maximised and they conform to the suppliers requirements.
- Develop processes to increase efficiencies.
- Review and validate sales commissions. (monthly)
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines along with attention to detail and accuracy. This position requires relevant knowledge of accounting principles and the ability to think critically. Alongside these assets you will also display the following:
- Able to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable and professional.
- Understand and respect the duty of confidentiality.
