Position Summary
We are seeking adynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketinginitiatives for City Winery Nashville. This role is pivotal in driving brandvisibility increasing revenue across our core business pillars EntertainmentWine Food and Private Events and building meaningful connections within thelocal market. The ideal candidate is both analytically and creatively mindedwith strong marketing acumen and a proven ability to nurture relationships withmedia outlets influencers and community stakeholders.

Youwill develop and execute integrated marketing plans that amplify the CityWinery brand drive customer engagement and strengthen our position as abeloved destination in Nashvilles vibrant cultural scene.

Overview of Responsibilities

StrategicPlanning & Execution

Develop comprehensivemarketing strategies customized to Nashvilles unique audience and culturallandscape.

Build and executemulti-channel campaigns that support key business objectives such as ticketsales restaurant bookings retail wine sales and private event inquiries.

LocalPartnership Development

Cultivate strong relationshipswith local businesses community organizations tourism partners and civicleaders.

Build and nurture partnershipsthat enhance venue awareness drive cross-promotional opportunities and fostercommunity engagement.

Media &Public Relations

Serve as the primary point ofcontact for Nashville-based media outlets including print digital TV andradio.

Develop strategic PRinitiatives and collaborate with our PR agency to build compelling story anglesand secure meaningful coverage.

Manage media outreach andrespond to inquiries to ensure positive and accurate representation of the CityWinery brand.

Event &Programming Promotion

Strategize and executemarketing plans for live performances tastings seasonal menus culinaryevents and private event openings.

Maintain a robust local eventcalendar and develop targeted campaigns to maximize event attendance and brandvisibility.

Influencer &Digital Engagement

Identify engage and manageinfluencer relationships to amplify the City Winery experience across socialplatforms.

Oversee social media contentstrategy and engagement specifically tailored to the Nashville market in linewith city-specific goals and trends.

Guest Experience& Review Management

Monitor analyze and respondto guest reviews on platforms such as Google Yelp and TripAdvisor.

Share insights with internalteams to improve guest experience and protect brand reputation.

ContentDevelopment

Produce compelling visual andwritten content for digital and print platforms collaborating with design andprogramming teams on a very regular basis.

Support the private events andfood & beverage team with promotional materials including brochures menusflyers and promotional posters.

Local MarketInsights & Innovation

Stay ahead of local markettrends consumer behavior patterns and competitor activities.

Use insights to identify newopportunities for audience growth guest engagement and revenue expansion.

GeneralResponsibilities

Act as the expert on CityWinery Nashvilles offerings mission and brand DNA.

Work collaboratively acrossdepartments to achieve goals and objectives.

Ensure all marketinginitiatives align with City Winerys brand values and standards.

Collaborate withcross-functional teams and assist with special projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree inMarketing Communications Business or a related field.

35 years of professionalmarketing experience preferably in live entertainment hospitality or relatedindustries.

Prior experience in live musicmarketing is a strong plus especially with knowledge of the Nashville musicscene and local cultural landscape.

Strong background in fieldmarketing brand partnerships public relations and social media strategy.

Proven experience in emailmarketing including campaign creation segmentation and analytics.

Experience managing media adbuys including negotiation and placement across digital radio print orout-of-home channels.

Demonstrated success indeveloping and managing influencer campaigns and community partnerships.

Proficiency in social mediaplatforms digital analytics tools and content creation best practices.

Strong organizational skillswith the ability to balance short-term deadlines and long-term strategic goals.

Ability to create and captureengaging contentincluding photos and videosfor use across digital channels.

Excellent communicationnegotiation and relationship-building skills.

Positive attitude sense ofhumor and strong collaborative spirit.

Enthusiasm for liveentertainment wine culture and hospitality.
