This role is responsible for delivering projects on time within scope and aligned with organizational and state standards.This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact technology initiatives that directly improve operational effectiveness and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate is organized proactive and skilled at driving results through collaboration and clear communication.Qualifications:- 8 years of experience as a Project Manager leading multi-stakeholder software rollouts.
- 8 years of experience managing or working on software application teams using SDLC PMLC and Agile Scrum.
- 5 years of progressive experience in information systems system integration and project delivery.
- 4 years of experience as a Project Manager using the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
- 4 years of experience with major Information Resources Projects.
- 1 year of experience with Automated Nutrition Systems.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the full lifecycle of the Texas Automated Nutrition System (TANS) development and transition including software development data migration reporting training and stakeholder communication.
- Develop and maintain project schedules work plans deliverables resource allocations and risk assessments.
- Monitor project activities to ensure deliverables meet established quality scope and schedule expectations.
- Manage scope and change control processes ensuring all changes are documented and communicated.
- Lead project teams assign tasks and coordinate activities to promote accountability and timely delivery.
- Identify assess and mitigate project risks while managing issue resolution and escalation as needed.
- Ensure adherence to established project management frameworks standards and policies.
- Prepare and deliver project status reports to stakeholders highlighting progress risks and key decisions.
- Support the development of evaluation criteria for project performance and deliverables.
