Salesforce Developer

Were seeking a Salesforce Developer who will contribute to the design development and enhancement of Salesforce applications across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys collaborating with offshore teams and is passionate about building scalable high-impact solutions.

Main responsibilities

Development & Collaboration (80%)

• Contribute to Salesforce development including Classic-to-Lightning migrations.
• Build and implement custom Salesforce applications based on business requirements and data models.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams following best practices and coding standards.
• Work with Product Owners to coordinate project activities and support successful outcomes.
• Participate in technical evaluations and provide input to Salesforce development plans.
• Apply Salesforce programming standards and methodologies to improve team efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Support the development of Customer Communities and scalable enterprise solutions.
• Assist in the delivery of assigned Salesforce projects from design through deployment.

Production Support & Offshore Coordination (20%)

• Support day-to-day Salesforce operations including incident resolution and small enhancements.
• Help monitor and triage incoming issues assisting offshore developers with problem-solving.
• Ensure offshore teams receive clear requirements and technical guidance.
• Respond to Product Management requests and contribute to continuous improvement of the platform.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Apex and web technologies.
• 4-5 years as a Salesforce developer including Lightning platform experience.
• Experience participating in at least one Salesforce implementation.
• Understanding of infrastructure security and system integration.
• Experience working with CRM/ERP teams to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
