Job Summary

Managing permanent costs (CPREM) and the tribes capacity plan.

Control planning.

Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL PRJ).

Assist Program Managers preparing IC

Scope/Context:

Within the Prévoyance IT Tribe and the roadmap of its projects it is very important to follow and manage Prévoyance Tribe activity with a PMO (Project Management Officer).

Responsibilities:

Managing permanent costs (CPREM). Control planning. Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs (CPERM) and project monitoring (MEVOL PRJ).

Main Tasks:

Budgetary monitoring
Definiton and control of the Tribes capacity plan
Risk assessement and its follow up
Monitor and produce reports around permanent costs
Monitor the Tribes budget on all its costs and provide monitoring

Qualifications :

Technical Skills:

Excel - Expert
SQL (Structured Query Language)
Financial control
Budget and project planning Reporting
Clarity project management system

Language Skills:

English Expert
French Mastery

Soft Skills:

Minimum 5 years experience as PMO.

Coordination and motivation skills
Systematica logical and critical thinking
Synthesis capabilities
Committement to deliver

Other details:

Main tools used on the job vacancy

Ability to travel outside of Portugal
