Job Summary
- Service to drive process improvement initiatives (e.g. Automation documentation & transition to offshore team)
- Service to support pro-active maintenance including software upgrades patching hardening vulnerability management capacity management inventory management.
- Service to ensure that agreed service levels are met.
- Service to ensure audit compliance is maintained to agreed levels.
- Service to be a team-coordination instance for our SRO Squad while handling and deligating day2day activities.
Qualifications :
Expertise:
- 3-5 years expertise in Linux domain. Linux (RHEL) expertise.
- Redhat Enterprise Linux and/or Centos 5-10.
- Linux or Unix servers of any-distro in numbers 100s-1000s of servers.
- Redhat Directory Server / DS389 / OpenLDAP / Ansible would be a plus.
- Expertise with Devops methodologies using Git and Puppet or one of the major configuration management toolsets e.g. Ansible/Salt/Chef.
- Professional expertise gained during several years in respective areas with a significant period of time servicing in an OPS context.
- Very good expertise in one or more of the assigned technologies respective multi-year hands on and vendor-approved accreditations.
- Overview in Infrastructure technologies (Network virtualization OS storage middlewares ) allowing to have pro-active and efficient discussions with various AXA Go teams to bring solutions during incidents or projects.
- Overview with the ITIL process of an international enterprise scale IT Service delivery organisation with offshore presence.
