Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes gather requirements and assist in the development of solutions that drive efficiency and growth.
Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for understanding business needs improving processes and working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. As a Business Analyst Intern you will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements creating documentation and supporting the development of cutting-edge eCommerce solutions web applications custom software and startup product innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Assist in creating detailed documentation including business requirements user stories and process flows.
- Analyze and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and performance.
- Support in the preparation of project roadmaps timelines and deliverables.
- Work with developers designers and QA teams to ensure alignment of project requirements.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to provide insights for project development.
- Participate in client meetings sprint planning and retrospectives to gain practical Agile/Scrum experience.
- Assist in tracking project progress identifying risks and suggesting mitigation strategies.
- Provide support in testing and validating solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
- Create reports and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing (final year) or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Systems Computer Science Electrical/Electronics Engr. or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms web applications or software development processes is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and tools like Jira Confluence or Trello is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A keen interest in digital transformation technology and innovation.
