The role
As an M&A lawyer you will be part of an international team advising on complex high-value transactions across sectors. You will draft and negotiate key documents lead due diligence coordinate cross-border deal teams and work directly with clients and their advisers.
You will collaborate closely with specialists in areas like finance capital markets competition and tax bringing together different perspectives to deliver seamless forward-looking solutions. Qualifications :
Your experience
- At least 5-7 years of Corporate M&A experience ideally gained at a leading firm
- Dutch qualified with a strong academic record
- Fluent in Dutch and English with excellent drafting and communication skills
- A sharp analytical mind with strong commercial instinct
- A natural collaborator who enjoys teamwork and takes initiative
- Able to simplify complex issues and provide clear confident advice
- Driven curious and eager to help clients see further faster
