仕事内容

• 自動車向けステアリング製品のサイバーセキュリティに関するマネジメント業務全般をお任せします
• 顧客や社内からの要求に基づきセキュリティコンセプトの策定と要件定義を進めていただきます
• 製品開発のライフサイクル全体を通じてセキュリティ活動の計画実行監視をリードしていただきます
• 社内プロセスおよび国際標準ISO/SAE 21434などへの適合性を確保していただきます
• セキュリティ監査への対応や継続的な改善活動を推進していただきます
• 国内外の関連部署やお客様との技術的な調整交渉進捗管理を担当していただきます

Job Description

• Manage all aspects of cybersecurity for automotive steering products.
• Develop security concepts and define requirements based on customer and internal demands.
• Plan execute and monitor security activities throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and international standards (e.g. ISO/SAE 21434).
• Respond to security audits and drive continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate technical aspects negotiate and manage progress with internal departments and customers both domestically and internationally.

• To strengthen the cybersecurity management system a critical item in customer product projects due to business expansion and to ensure successful mass production launch.

  • Shortage of cybersecurity managers to cope with the rapidly increasing cybersecurity demands in the automotive industry.
  • Lack of leadership personnel capable of realizing security requirements and promoting mass production in customer product projects.
• Expected Role after Joining:
  • As a Cybersecurity Manager participate in customer product projects and lead security development together with team members.
  • Leverage high-level expertise in cybersecurity and coordination skills to ensure successful mass production launch.

Team Structure

• The team consists of a leader and three members totaling four people.
• All members are professionals with extensive experience.

Frequency of Business Trips (Domestic/International)

• Occasionally domestic business trips for meetings with domestic customers (e.g. once every three months).
• International business trips are generally not frequent.

Remote Work Frequency & Ease

• Flexible working arrangements are possible. While dependent on business conditions remote work can account for over 60% of cases.

Qualifications :

Required Experience & Skills

• Practical experience in software development or cybersecurity (approximately 3 years or more).
• Basic knowledge of UN-R155 or ISO/SAE 21434.
• Negotiation and coordination skills with various stakeholders (customers other internal departments suppliers etc.).
• High sense of responsibility proactiveness and flexibility with an adaptable attitude towards change.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Experience in embedded system development in the automotive industry (software or hardware).
• Specialized practical experience in cybersecurity.
• Deep knowledge of cryptography and cybersecurity.
• Ability to think systematically and analyze/solve complex problems structurally.
• Project management or team leadership experience.

Required English Proficiency

• Business level (capable of seamless email communication and meetings in English).
• Ability to understand and discuss overseas technical trends and documentation.

English Usage Frequency

• Used daily in emails and online meetings with colleagues in Germany India and Vietnam.
