As a Catering & Conference Service Manager you will be the key liaison between our clients and hotel operations responsible for ensuring that every event from an intimate board meeting to a grand gala is flawlessly executed and exceeds expectations. You will manage all aspects of planning coordination and delivery with a focus on service excellence creativity and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan organize and execute meetings conferences weddings banquets and social events in line with brand standards.
- Serve as the main contact for clients ensuring their vision is perfectly translated into reality.
- Prepare proposals contracts and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with internal departments banquet culinary AV housekeeping and security to ensure smooth event operations.
- Conduct site inspections and pre-event meetings with clients.
- Drive event revenue through creative upselling and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Handle feedback and ensure prompt post-event follow-up.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 35 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury or international five-star hotel.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle multiple events and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional polished appearance with a genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Leadership skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
