- Provide product and agronomy training to build partner trust and knowledge
- Deliver timely field support and technical services across partners area
- Maintain regular communication with partners field representatives through scheduled visits
- Track projects progress to drive demand generation and increase Syngenta product adoption
- Identify and develop new potential market opportunities through strategic scouting

- Deliver agronomy expertise on agreed crops to stakeholders
- Ensure proper implementation of technical protocols through technical training
- Develop and maintain effective project monitoring plan
- Coordinate demo meeting and training session based on specifics requirements
- Regular connect with field project representatives
- Drive successful project implementation and field campaigns
- Able to work with cross-functional team
- Provide value chain opportunities analysis and provide implementation support with ongoing monitoring
Qualifications :
- Minimum bachelors degree for Agriculture
- Understand market dynamics and environment
- Able to work independently and cross function collaboration
- Understand farm management
- Experience in Agronomy/Sales/R&D or relevant role (2-3 years)
- Confidence in contributing ideas of improvement
- Good communication coordination and presentation skills to all stakeholder
- Dynamic and flexible to handle changes in self and others
- Have deep understanding of crop agronomy and product knowledge
