We are opening opportunities for experienced and passionate individuals to join our team as SIT Audit Supply Chain which will be placed in one of the largest FMCG cosmetics company in South Jakarta

Job Description:
Key Supply Chain contact point for SIT Audit.
Administered SIT Audit timeline and execution aligned with Commercial Internal Control and Auditor.
Follow up operational issues in SIT Audit process.
Provide required documents related to Supply Chain for SIT Audit.
Follow up Stock Reconciliation DMS Aforza and analysis with Distributor.
Key project lead for DMS Aforza improvement related to Supply Chain.
Provide the methodology tools and process to ensure the stock take of DMS Aforza is carried out properly.
Provide guidelines processes training materials and monitoring tools of Stock Reconciliation for the distributors to perform.
Joint follow-up audit with Commercial on monthly ending stock based on the findings.

Requirement:
Work experience 1-3 years
Good in data analytics
High proficiency in Excel and Power BI
Good stakeholder management
Good interpersonal skill
Good inventory reconciliation skill
Fluent in English
