Job Summary
What Youll Be Doing
As a Care Professional youll provide essential home care and support following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
Your key responsibilities include:
Personal care (bathing dressing toileting grooming)
Medication support (preparation and administration)
Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
Mobility and equipment support
Light housekeeping (laundry tidying cleaning)
Companionship and emotional support
- Youll also:
Encourage social engagement and family connections
Monitor health and report any changes
Maintain accurate documentation
Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
Work collaboratively with families and professionals
Qualifications :
What Youll Need (Besides a Cape!)
No experience No problem!
