Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Directorto work within our Real Estate Division. Working within our award-winning teamwill give you the opportunity to work across some of Turner & Townsends key clients. These clients include a high performing property developers several blue-chip real estate businesses and household names. You will get the opportunity to meet with clients to discuss their projects and delivery thereof and advise them on realistic timeframes.
Objective of the role
To lead onProject Management commissions in developing plans and programmes to deliver our service and projects in accordance with defined scopes of duties and T&T systems mission and values:
Deliver Project Management commissions to achieve safe and efficient outcomes that meet agreed profit and client satisfaction objectives.
Responsible forleading project team consultants & contractors working closely with Clients to deliver the project brief.
To develop and maintain relationships with clients peers and others who are influential in providing future business.
Qualifications :
Skills & Experience
Experience in managing thedelivery ofall stages of construction projectsfrom early design / planning through to handover / occupation.
Strong communicator required with ability to manage all disciplines including H&S quality planning & productivity design management & coordination contract management & administration commercial management and project governance.
Large scale commercial residential & retail delivery experience preferable.
