Cafe Attendant Full Time Downtown Toronto

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area including dining spaces and equipment.
• Restock supplies such as condiments napkins and utensils to ensure the cafe runs smoothly.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with Sodexo policies.
• Assist with setting up replenishing and closing down the cafe service areas.
• Support the team with other tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations.
• Monitor and address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous food service or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor as required.
