- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area including dining spaces and equipment.
- Restock supplies such as condiments napkins and utensils to ensure the cafe runs smoothly.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in accordance with Sodexo policies.
- Assist with setting up replenishing and closing down the cafe service areas.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Monitor and address customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous food service or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is a plus.
- Must be able to work flexible hours
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor as required.
